Ger\u00f6stete K\u00fcrbiskerne und K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l zum Garnieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den w\u00fcrfelig geschnittenen Zwiebel und Knoblauch in einem Topf glasig anschwitzen. Dann das Tomatenmark und das K\u00fcrbisfleisch dazugeben. Kurz mitr\u00f6sten und dann mit Verjus abl\u00f6schen, die Tomaten dazu und mit Suppe aufgie\u00dfen. Die gehackte Dille dazugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00fcrzen und kochen bis das K\u00fcrbisfleich sch\u00f6n weich ist. Das Schlagobers in die Suppe geben. Noch einmal etwas kochen lassen und dann mit dem Mixstab oder besser mit einem Standmixer p\u00fcrieren. Sollte die Suppe zu dick sein, einfach noch etwas Gem\u00fcsesuppe und\/oder Wasser zugie\u00dfen.
