Zumindest mit ihrer ersten Ernte. Die geh\u00f6rt einem ganz besonderen Saft. \u201eVerjus\u201c hei\u00dft der, \u00fcbersetzt: \u201eGr\u00fcner Saft\u201c. Und ist kein Wein, auch kein Sturm, kein Staubiger, kein Most. Sondern ein \u201eTraubensaft aus unreif geernteten Weintrauben\u201c. Nicht vergoren, also auch nicht alkoholisch. Daraus kelterte die Winzerin allerdings keinen Wein. Daf\u00fcr w\u00e4ren sie noch nicht reif genug gewesen.
